Noah is a pro MMA fighter . He currently holds 3 amateur titles in 3 weight classes. His amateur MMA record is 10-0 and his amateur kickboxing record is 1-1. His pro MMA record is 1-1. He has competed at NAGA and Grapplers Quest and taken 1 first place finish and 2 second place finishes in the intermediate. Noah comes from a wrestling background with 4 yrs of high school wrestling and was fourth in the county on his varsity team.
Noah is also an instructor here and teaches MMA and striking

We have MMA every day. If you check the calendar and scroll over the MMA classes, it will show you the times. As for striking. we do it in the MMA class as well as the boxing and Muay thai class. Thanks
